Laura Jane Coulson
The third instalment of of our Confinement Diaries spotlights the intimacy of friendships, and honours those close relationships getting us through these times of isolation.
This playful series was shot during isolation by Laura Jane Coulson, of her friend and photographer Rosie Marks at home in London. The portraits highlight the intrinsically collaborative nature of photographer and muse.
There is an innate sensitivity to Coulson's curiosities and her ability to see the potential for beauty in ordinary situations.
Devon-born, the London based photographer revels in the unexpected details of transient moments.
Coulson's work in photography and moving image frame her distinctive eye for movement and a playful view of womanhood, capturing intimate moments void of artifice.
Womens Aid
All proceeds from the purchase of these prints will go to Women's Aid. An organisation providing life saving services to women and children suffering from domestic violence - an epidemic heightened by the Covid-19 crisis.

Printed on C-Type Fuji Matt with an off-white mount within a thin oak frame covered with a glass front and supplied with hanging options of D-rings and cord.
