Delivery to UK

Delivery is free.

Delivery time estimate: 1-2 working days UK mainland (DHL), and 1-3 working days (DHL) beyond UK mainland. Please note, for next day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm GMT Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following working day.

Please make sure you have selected Shipping to: United Kingdom in the header (for desktop) or in the menu (for mobile).

All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped via DHL’s next working day delivery service. Please ensure you provide a correct mobile number and email address as DHL will update you on a delivery window by text and email.


Delivery to Europe

Delivery is free.

*Delivery time estimate: 1-3 working days for Central and Western Europe,
4-6 days for Eastern and Southern Europe.

Due to courier restrictions. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Brexit's impact on your shopping

Gerbase.com is currently shipping from the UK. Prices on Gerbase.com are displayed including VAT, and Gerbase will pay all EU VAT and import tariffs which may arise. EU Tariff invoices will be sent to and paid by Gerbase. so no additional steps are required by you when shopping with us.

Delivery to North America

Delivery for orders is free.

Delivery time estimate: 1-3 working days (**subject to customs clearance).

Due to courier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Our US Shipments are handled by DHL.


Delivery to Rest of the World

Delivery is free.

Delivery time estimate: 1-4 working days (with some remote island exceptions, and pending clearance from local customs). Due to courier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Our rest of world service covers all of Asia, Africa, South America and Australia.
Your order will be sent from the UK, and if import duties apply, you will need to pay these upon receipt. The price you are charged by Gerbase excludes tax.


General Delivery Information

Despatch Timing of Orders

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed, and on the same day for orders placed by 1pm GMT Monday to Friday.

Using a Different Delivery Address

If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work address.

If You Aren't In When The Delivery Arrives

Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.

If There Are Delays

We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery.

Replacement for Non-Delivered Goods to US, Canada and Rest of the World

In the event that an order delivered to US, Canada or Rest of the World regions does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order but this can be difficult with postal deliveries. Where there has been no delivery beyond 21 working days, we will process a replacement order.

Online Returns Policy

We love our clothes, but we don’t want anyone to keep a Gerbase. garment if they don’t want it. So if for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 30 days of delivery.

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve tried the garment on or not (except for underwear – see below). We’ll give you a full refund or exchange the item. We don’t refund the original postage and packaging charge, but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.

Please note, postage charges for returning goods back to us are your responsibility, we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

There are only four exceptions to our 30 day guarantee:

During the SALE we have a 14 day return policy for all goods bought on the site.

For UNDERWEAR we ask that you return products to us within 14 days of shipping date. We will be happy to refund or exchange underwear provided they are in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging

How to Return or Exchange an Online Purchase

Any purchase made on Gerbase.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
